1. Job description

• Draft procurement plan, sending Request for Quotation to Vendors

• Evaluate vendors’ quotations for commercial proposal, prepare cost analysis, do coordination with discipline engineers for evaluation of technical proposal.

• Negotiate with Vendor for best price, schedule, payment term, delivery term, other conditions and issue Purchase Order (PO) to vendors.

• Keep expediting the issued PO for manufacturing and delivery including: co-ordination with Engineer for Vendor document, with QC engineer for quality monitoring, with Logistic coordinator for arrangement of delivery.

• Review payment document submitted by Vendors and prepare request for payment to vendor

• Carry out Vendor’s performance assessment and assist in the development of new vendors

• Other duties related to purchasing or assigned by team leader or department manager

2. Job requirements:

a. Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or international trading or commercial is preferable.

• Male

• English skill: TOEIC 700 or IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

• Confident and creative in problem solving; logical thinking

• Effective & strong communication skill

• Competent in MS Office skills.

b. Willing to have:

• Having experience or knowledge in Renewable energy, life science - health care, industries projects are an advantage

• Knowledgeable in international commercial and trading is an advantage. Understanding basic Incoterm is preferable.

c. Other recommendation:

All candidates who have experiences up to 3 years in the procurement work (sending inquiry, PO issuance, expediting work, payment, etc.) or Fresh graduated students from Hanoi

University of Sciences & Technologies (HUST), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Foreign Trade University (FTU), National Economics University (NEU)…. are welcome.
