We are seeking candidates to join our IT Risk Assurance unit as a Senior Associate in our Ha Noi office (01). The candidates will perform IT audits for systems generating financial statements and provide IT security assessment services for our Advisory clients. The successful candidates will work with a range of ERP and IS/IT systems environments such as the Unix/Windows operating system, Oracle/SQL database and Cisco/Juniper/Checkpoint firewall systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor IT project assignments;
• Provide Risk Assurance services (ERP control services such as ERP vendor selection, ERP project management, IT security services such penetration testing, and ISMS readiness assessment);
• Work closely with the Assurance team to manage IT audit assignments, if any;
• Supervise and review the work actively, providing support to other teams for other Risk Assurance services;
• Work actively in supporting and monitoring the business development area, and in following up proposal processing with client expectations;
• Continuously research and follow up the ERP functionalities and their updates along with their implementation vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
• Three years’ experience in ERP implementation or ERP project management, reviewing ERP controls, providing ERP vendor selection services and ERP project management and/or four years working, maintaining and managing enterprise applications;
• Background in or knowledge of project management methodology, system development methodology and application management systems;
• Experience in business processes, application support and IT service management;
• Any ERP consulting certifications (SAP, Oracle) will be beneficial;
• Two years’ hands-on experience in network security reviews, IT technical reviews in various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of the English and Vietnamese languages;
• Self-motivation, commitment and confidence. We are looking for people who are able to rise to the challenges of participating in intensive training and managing work responsibilities and client relationships.
