Primary Purpose Of Job:
- To achieve all the sales, marketing & aftermarket objectives & maintain good connection with the major accounts within the region.
- To guide, work-with & support the branch operation of dealer within the XXXX Region.
- To develop, train & work with new distribution channels (Dealers, sub-dealers and or freelance agents within the assigned territory).
- To closely coordinate & perform all other task assigned by the country Manager.
- To identify, promote & develop new market for our large size machines.
- Identify market challenges and monitor competitor activities within the area.
- Work and strategize with our distributor, sub dealer & freelance agents to extend market coverage and expand customer base.
- To take over interim functions and projects to ensure the overall development of the regional business.
- To develop strong connection within the banking & financial leasing sectors in aid of our clients who would potentially require their services.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective key accounts and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- To assure a proper sales and P&L planning for all defined product segments, adequate market pricing.
- To submit annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities for the Sales Dept. To schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Financial leasing implementation & risk control program conceptualization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
- At least 5 year(s) of combined experience specializing in sales of excavator、heavy equipment or similar products.
- Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently.
- Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
