Primary Purpose Of Job:

  • To achieve all the sales, marketing & aftermarket objectives & maintain good connection with the major accounts within the region.
  • To guide, work-with & support the branch operation of dealer within the XXXX Region.
  • To develop, train & work with new distribution channels (Dealers, sub-dealers and or freelance agents within the assigned territory).
  • To closely coordinate & perform all other task assigned by the country Manager.
  • To identify, promote & develop new market for our large size machines.
  • Identify market challenges and monitor competitor activities within the area.
  • Work and strategize with our distributor, sub dealer & freelance agents to extend market coverage and expand customer base.
  • To take over interim functions and projects to ensure the overall development of the regional business.
  • To develop strong connection within the banking & financial leasing sectors in aid of our clients who would potentially require their services.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective key accounts and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • To assure a proper sales and P&L planning for all defined product segments, adequate market pricing.
  • To submit annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities for the Sales Dept. To schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Financial leasing implementation & risk control program conceptualization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 year(s) of combined experience specializing in sales of excavator、heavy equipment or similar products.
  • Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently.
  • Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
