Strategy, analysis and reporting:
- Create annual strategy in alignment with company to ensure the maximum revenue and profitability of the business
- Propose CAPEX in order to grow the brands business. Review and approve OPEX to ensure maximum cost-saving
- Ensure compliance with the daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements from company
- Analyze the business and reports and create strategies to address issues and shortfall (e.g. inventory management, cost management, CAPEX, expenses)
Retail operations:
- Guide Retail Operations by conducting business. Ensure retail operation leader escalate operation team’s know ledge on procedure, process & business acumen
- Oversee HR use appropriate staff productivity, engagement, reward and retention programs for employees
- Oversee HR recruitment & compensation benefit for all positions and do alignment with company guidelines
- Review and approve the stock planning proposals for seasonal campaign to ensure the availability of high performing products
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandizing guidelines from Brands
- Maintain relationships with landlords
Coordination with Brand Principal and MAP Active Indonesia
- Review and propose any store development related activities (e.g., refurbishment, concept change, expansion, etc.) to ensure the maximum profitability
- Negotiate with related company regarding any action (e.g., SKU push) to ensure the maximum profitability.
- Formulate promotional campaign within brands in order to improve the brand awareness to the target market group
- Review and approve pr ice markdown while still maximizing the profitability of the business.

- Fulfillment of brand requirements
- Number of store openings and renovations
- Improvement in cross-functional collaboration

- Finance – approval on budgeting, reporting, payments, reimbursements
- Marketing – for promotional campaigns

- E-commerce – for e-commerce systems

- Brand company – for overall business operations
- Landlords – for negotiation on rentals
- 3rd party vendors (e.g. legal) – for advice on specific matters
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – Bachelor’s in management or any other related majors
- Experience – Deep expertise in fashion / sport retail, understanding of Vietnam market
- Special skills – Merchandising, forecasting, analytical, retail operations, strategic thinking
