Responsibilities:
- Carry out customer due diligence to ensure clients’ eligibility.
- Analyze clients’ sources of funds, and provide flexible plans for immigration cases in accordance with the process and requirements.
- Prepare suitable checklists for each case and advise clients on additional documents and information required.
- Perform paperwork such as quality control of translated client documents, scanning and organizing documents, etc.
- Work with State authorities and other agencies for document certification and legalization, and other related affairs.
- Assure application accuracy before lodging.
- Update immigration laws and policies for improved processing procedures over time.
- Keep clients informed about their application statuses and other information and its projects.
- Support answering clients chat box, event organizations, and customer services for Vietnam clients.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent verbal written and formal presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Have a degree in business/finance/law/English language with which related experiences is a plus.
- Have skills of customer services, strong attention to detail, and logical thinking.
- Be passionate in making strategies and planning immigration processing procedures.
- Have exceptional time, conflict management and organizational skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Have proficiency in computer usage, especially the Microsoft Office and email. Be willing and eager to learn new skills and knowledge as much as possible.
