- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Handling payroll for employees.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Co-ordinate in conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Support in Training and development process.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 5 year of human resource management experience preferred.
