Sales
- Monitor and report Sales performance.
- Response to the customers’ requests.
- Maintain existing customers’ relationship and developing new customers.
- Control and support overseas agents (Communication, Agent fee payment, giving and receiving information).
- Quote prices and make an Offer.
- Collaborate with Production team of the plant to meet customers’ requirements.
- Perform procedures related to the export of goods and for tracking customer debt.
- Manage, track orders, contracts, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the delivery schedule and receive money.
- Prepare and complete procedures and documents for export of goods.
- Resolve problems arising during the export process
- Update legal documents related to export goods.
- Work with agent to manage shipping documents and other documents needed for exportation of the products
- All the procedures related to process of exportation

- University graduated, preferred major or knowledge and experience in Business administration, Export.
- At least 05 years’ experience in factories, priority is given to those related to metal analysis, steel plants
- Fluency in English (advance level)
- Ability to set strategies and goals
- Experienced and deep knowledge of exporting and selling domestically and internationally, especially on metal market, such as zinc oxide
