What You Will Do:

  • Full awareness of the pivotal role of Senior Talent Acquisition in the business to ensure that recruitment efforts align with the overall operations of the company, as well as the specific needs of each department.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the organization’s talent needs. 
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from crafting compelling job advertisements to finalizing offers. Ensure efficient candidate sourcing, interviewing, and successful placement.
  • Deliver the onboarding process with the highest level of caring, warm-welcoming and neatness. 
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is maintained in Company’s talent database.
  • Consistently increase the size of the talent pool and improve communication with candidates on the most effective way.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Who You Are:

  • A kind person, characterized by modesty, sincerity, and remarkable patience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Fluency in English (all skills)
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva,…)
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Good knowledge and experience in sourcing suitable candidates and fostering employer branding on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Having an internal customer service mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, Heads of Department, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process
