Job Title: Advisor of Integrated Marketing
Division: Retail Banking/Corporate Banking
Location: Vietnam

Job Purpose: The Advisor of Integrated Marketing will oversee and execute comprehensive communication strategies across various channels and touchpoints. This role involves managing brand activities, digital marketing communications, product marketing for both individual and corporate customers, and corporate communications. The advisor will ensure alignment with the bank’s overall marketing objectives and drive effective communication initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Integrated Communication Management:
- Develop and implement integrated monthly communication plans based on insights from Market Research and Media agencies.
- Align communication activities with the current marketing strategies of Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Customer Experience Management, and Corporate Communications.
- Create and manage an overall communication management model, including reporting, proposing action plans, and regulating communication activities across specialized units.
2. Support and Coordination:
- Assist the Head of Marketing in Retail Banking/ Corporate Banking and Chief of each Departments in developing and guiding the Go-to-Market (G2M) model for marketing projects and initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for Omni Channel coordination, ensuring G2M plans are agreed upon with senior directors of specialized units and other departments as needed.
3. Process and Deployment:
- Establish and coordinate the deployment of integrated communication activities for Brand, Digital Marketing Communication, Product Marketing (individual and corporate customers), and Business Communication.
- Provide input for building integrated communication plans according to established management and coordination processes.
4. Budget and KPI Management:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Cost Management (BCC) focal point to plan monthly budgets for integrated communication activities.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs for marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
5. Reporting and Recommendations:
- Develop an integrated communication management framework for brands and products, including recommendations for communication touchpoints with implementation partners.
- Prepare reports proposing optimal investment strategies for marketing communication and brand initiatives.
- Generate monthly reports on media marketing results, including competitor analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize brand and business communication costs.
- Produce monthly marketing reports reflecting investment by channel and product.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to achieve the overall goals of the Head of Marketing and/or Chief of Retail Banking/ Corporate Banking

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
