Business Development Manager
 [Job Description]
  • Responsible for meeting revenue targets leveraging own contacts, lead generation activities and alliance partners
  • Responsible for the overall positioning of the company image and brand communication
  • Work with the General Director and Head of Department to develop a tactical marketing plan that identifies market niche and segments
  • Develop and manage partnership accounts from sales activities
  • Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise
  • Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value
  • Work closely with the technical product team to promote product, R&D, and data related stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met with high quality.
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters

[Job Requirement]
  • Extensive network in the finance service industry
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Retail banking, Credit card business, Consumer finance company or Fintech in lending business
  • University degree in Banking, Business, Economics, Information Technology or Business-related discipline
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
[Salary & Benefit]
  • Competitive salary package based on candidate’s knowledge and skills (around 4,000 USD, open to negotiation). Annual salary review based on performance once per year.
