​​*JOB OVERVIEW

​As a Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Team Leader, Manager of Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing Service HCM

*RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Manage and Process monthly payroll to Payroll & Staffing Clients

• Manage and coordinate with team in insurance and PIT registration/ report, include insurance claim and benefit.

• Manage all process of new hires, termination, labor contract, onboarding docs and reports 

• Control and manage outsourcing cost, reconcile P&L report.

• Consult and update to associates and clients with all legal/ labor and service related issues.

• Others task as assigned by manager.

*REQUIREMENT:​

• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR field or related services, strong C&B, especially strong payroll process

• Must possess effective communication skill (English - written and verbal) and customer service skills.

• Hard-working and willing to learn

• Sales orientation and result oriented
