RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Support:  
  • Receive and understand technical support requests from clients.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Service Manager and other team members to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Promptly respond to clients and internal teams to handle issues as soon as possible.
Technical Assistance:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations to improve product performance and resolve client issues.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Technical Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Travel:
  • Be willing to travel to other provinces in the North for client visits and support as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fresh graduates from majors such as Footwear, Textile, Chemical, or related fields.
  • Experience in Textile, Footwear R&D, and Manufacturing or other relevant fields is highly preferred.
  • Good English communication skill with Advanced Chinese skills are Mandatory.
  • Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
