Client Support:
- Receive and understand technical support requests from clients.
- Coordinate with the Technical Service Manager and other team members to provide effective solutions to client issues.
- Promptly respond to clients and internal teams to handle issues as soon as possible.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations to improve product performance and resolve client issues.
- Work closely with the Technical Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Be willing to travel to other provinces in the North for client visits and support as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates from majors such as Footwear, Textile, Chemical, or related fields.
- Experience in Textile, Footwear R&D, and Manufacturing or other relevant fields is highly preferred.
- Good English communication skill with Advanced Chinese skills are Mandatory.
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
