Company overview: A global leader in flavors & fragrances company would like to recruit Compounder for their business in Vietnam.
Position Overview: The Compounder will play a crucial role in the production of flavors by ensuring the accurate preparation, blending, and packaging of raw materials for various products. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, proper labeling, and efficient storage. The role also includes ensuring cleanliness of equipment and production areas, working as part of a team, and adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have experience in the flavor industry or related fields.
Main Responsibilities

• Process work orders as per schedule or supervisor's instructions.
• Clean machines and tanks post-job completion.
• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials for production.
• Prepare raw materials and ensure proper packing and storage of finished goods.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain production area cleanliness.
• Ensure correct labeling and organization of raw materials and finished products.

Experienced Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in liquid/powder production or Flavour & Fragrance industry.
• English proficiency and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
