Key Responsibilities

A. Content Strategy Development (20%)

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Establish a content vision to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across reports, videos, and campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and address gaps in content delivery.

B. Content Production and Development (40%)

  • Craft high-quality content to highlight key business updates, market trends, and strategic insights tailored for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce reports, video scripts, and thought leadership articles that simplify complex topics.

  • Oversee external agencies in developing impactful content, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and communication strategy.

  • Create sales materials to support client engagement and business development initiatives.

  • Develop product-focused content for PR initiatives, aligning with strategic positioning and promotional objectives.

  • Transform data-heavy insights into engaging formats, including articles, videos, and webinars, targeting various audience segments.

  • Partner with designers to create visual assets, infographics, and presentations for educational and promotional campaigns.

C. Multi-Channel Content and Campaign Execution (30%)

  • Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Website, YouTube) to promote achievements and thought leadership.

  • Tailor content for specific channels and audiences while maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

D. Performance Tracking and Content Improvement (10%)

  • Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

  • Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and audience reach.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive positioning, and audience preferences to refine messaging and content delivery formats.


Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, educational materials, or digital campaigns.

  • Basic understanding of content strategies and data analytics tools.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to simplify complex topics into audience-friendly language.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking content performance and deriving actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


Experience Required

  • Proven experience in developing content strategies and materials for communication in a corporate or professional setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute integrated content strategies for diverse communication needs.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools and digital marketing platforms.
