π Sourcing Specialist
The incumbent is to support the regional sourcing team on end-to-end sourcing activities in respective product categories: Greeting Cards, Gifts, Ornaments, and Home Decor. 5+ years of procurement experience with print or 3D product category is a definite advantage.
Serve as a critical communication link among our overseas customers, our suppliers and all internal departments on all sourcing related activities.
Assist the supervisor to ensure all products sourced conform to customer requirements, track orders, stay on schedule, ship on time and all products at retail are free of quality issues.
Able to manage projects independently and inform his/her supervisor timely with counter solutions at the right time.

π Product Engineer (Newly Setup)
βAs a Product Engineer, you will protect the company brand by leveraging product and quality expertise in combination with active product development to ensure executional excellence in support and in alignment with the business priorities throughout the Supply Chain.
The Product Engineer is also required to develop and implement procedures to assess, monitor, and improve end-to-end performance of suppliers. Can succinctly communicate with value stream partners β ranging from Creative through Supply Chain by way of effective customer facing skills.

π Product Integrity Officer (Compliance)
The Product Integrity Officer role is to protect the company brand, as well as all licensor and retailer brands, from supply chain risk exposure. The role purpose is to ensure Supplier Code compliance to policies and programs including: (1) Companyβs Supplier Code of Conduct (2) C-TPAT counter-terrorism program, (3) Environmental & Sustainability and (4) Retailer or Licensor specific.
Communicate Brands and Retailers COC audit requirements to suppliers while monitoring their compliance status.
Review and evaluate 3rd party audit reports, assign grading &follow up with suppliers on corrective actions.
Monitor certification and improvement status of suppliers across all audit programs (ICTI/SEMTA/EICC/ GSV etc) and provide training through onsite visits.
Perform COC audits, execute C-TPAT & Environmental assessments and gap analysis.
