Reports to: Customer Development Director (Thailand)
I. Main Role & Responsibilities:
- Establishing the potential Prospect Pipeline, Developing Customer and Sustaining good Customer relationships
- Developing new marketing channels, implementing Market Planning and maintaining good relationships with all Marketing Networks
- Monitoring market information, able to analyze the market, competitor, targeted entity and industry information and capturing the business opportunities with target customer
- Promoting the company product and profile, support company in Sales record and business expansion
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Industrial Real Estate related fields
- Bachelor or Master degree in related fields of Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Logistics or Industry related fields
- Good Team Development, Good Leadership and High digital literacy skills
- Current Knowledge of Industry Trends, Foreign Investment Regulations
- Excellent in English business communication and presentation Skills, and proficiency in another Foreign language like Korean or Japanese.
- Able to work in Hanoi/Nghe An
Working Time: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
