Sales Enforcement & Business Development
- Demonstrate management experience in the B2B sectors, further develop sales with emphasis in the
Vietnamese Market
- Maintain relations to existing customer base and actively acquire new customers in all key segments
- Secure, develop and strengthening of the company for the defined product group for fasteners and
their systems for the Automotive, Aerospace and General Industry
- Leading of projects with the target of high closing rates, highly satisfied customers, optimization of
margins and short cycle time
- Initiating and drafting annual marketing plans and sales objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring
execution
- Be commercially savvy and set the strategic direction of the business with the Board in Asia Purchase
- Implementing a 3-year Strategic Plan for the Vietnamese Market
- Leading of projects with the target of high closing rates, highly satisfied customers, optimization of
margins and short cycle time Prepare quotation, contract to clients as required from Sales Manager
- Establish Monthly and Quarterly reporting to the Asian Board Develop monthly sales report
• Marketing
- Structuring comprehensive marketing plans, including regular analysis of competition and market
potential
- Initiating Marketing and customer acquisition campaign, and supervising successful marketing mix 4Ps
(product, pricing, promotion, and placement/distribution)
• Overall Management
- Handle brand management, Be an excellent coach and mentor to staff
- Manage teams in different fields of Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.
- Overall emphasis – Overseeing all operational, financial, and legal affairs & Supervising all HR activities
- Fully responsible for P&L, EBIT, and turnover
- Reviewing financial forecasts and financial statements. Exercising budgetary control
- Financially adept and demonstrate strong analytical mindset that drives efficiency to challenge the
status quo
- Annual Budget preparation
