Role: Site HR Senior Manager
Expectations
HR Lead for a new Factory Site
Work with Site Leader and leadership team to hire and build the new Site Team and HR Team
Establish the HR process and systems for the new Site, embedding tools and processes from the Group
Will be support by experienced expat HR Manager from the Group for first 2+ years of the Project
Experiences needed
At least 5+ years HR experience, or business relevant leadership experience in a factory setting, with experience working in both Union and non-Union employees
Experience supporting and partnering with senior level business leaders across multiple functions in a factory setting
Experience outside a factory is also a benefit as the proven ability to be able to manage a variety of talks is needed
Must have verbal and written business level proficiency in English and local language
Ability to understand business needs and put relevant interventions/tools/processes to play in a value adding way
Natural leadership abilities, with proven sound judgment, strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
