Position:                              Head of Marketing

Report to:                          Founder
Working Place:                HCMC
 
 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The company seeks an innovative leader with a founder's mindset, ready to establish a premier fashion brand in Vietnam and achieve international standards.
 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  2. Develop marketing plan following business plan with BOD
  3. Allocate yearly/monthly budget on target revenue to manage P&L
  4. Work closely with R&D and Merchandise/Product team to develop new products, collection, promotion and campaign.
  5. Develop and optimize plans on products launching, communication campaigns, events and monthly communication plans on owned channels.
  6. Brand Management:
  7. Led and manage all brand campaigns and activations. Build up and maintain the community on social channels (facebook, tiktok, instagram) to deliver the brand positioning & mission.
  8. Provide direction, create ideas and implement monthly brand promotion campaigns, including communication activities both online and offline (Media material ideas, Affiliate KOC, Events and interactive activities at the store, press PR)
  9. Responsible for direction and implement VM và trade activities in stores
  10. Set target and provide direction for digital team to plan and execute to ensure that meet all campaign's target.
  11. Conduct market research and organize interviews target customers about issues related to products or brand.
  12. Update trend and analyze market data reports monthly and annually.
  13. Ecommerce Management:
  14. Take full responsibility in Sales and P&L performance in all ecommerce platforms (shopee, tiktok, lazada)
  15. Manage and plan merchandise to ensure sell-in quantity and margin over 35% for each channel.
  16. Build and Manage in-house live streamers and content creators to ensure high- quality, conversion-driven content for all platforms.
  17. Provide direction for digital team to deliver high-efficiency ROAS and meet the performance's KPIs.
  18. Marketing Operation:
  19. Manage marketing team included 15-20 members (content, visual, digital, website, trade, ecommerce)
  20. Build-up teams for new channels and performance growth roadmap
  21. Manage team and develop core competencies for all members.
  22. Coach and develop team members. Set KPI and metrics to evaluate team's performance.
