Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and facilitate future investment growth. - Distributor Support:
Manage relationships with distributors, keeping them updated on product specifications, sales and onboarding processes, and assisting with product-related inquiries. - Proposals and Presentations:
Collaborate in preparing proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, and participate in pitching them to prospective clients and distributors. - Client and Distributor Queries:
Respond to inquiries about product features, ensuring clear communication of processes to foster understanding. - Sales and Distributor Monitoring:
Track distributors’ sales activities and obligations, ensuring performance aligns with targets. - Process Improvement:
Support efforts to streamline sales, onboarding, and marketing processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Sales and Marketing Execution:
Assist in the implementation of sales, marketing, and distribution activities, including public relations. - Event Participation:
Help organize events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to promote products to both retail and corporate clients. - Lead Generation:
Where relevant, contribute to identifying and generating new client leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Banking.
- Strong communication, management, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance (broker) or financial services industry.
