Key responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a strategic training plan for the partnership sales force, aligned with our business objectives and sales targets. This includes identifying training needs, defining learning objectives, and designing training modules and materials.
  • Build and maintain a curriculum on financial planning education tailored for various market segments.
  • Leading train-the-trainer sessions to equip internal trainers with the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver training programs to the sales force. Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and product developments.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to continuously enhance the impact of training initiatives.
  • Keeping abreast of best practices in sales training and development, as well as advancements in technology-enabled learning solutions. Leverage innovative approaches and tools to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
  • Serving as a resource and mentor to the partnership sales force, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their professional development goals and maximize their potential
Skills and qualifications required:
  • Strong background in sales training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs for financial services professionals
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage
  • Strong project management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in training delivery.
Experience required:
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar position with banks, insurance companies, training agency in financial sector
