Job Responsibilities
Act as a one stop service between Business line, Job Family and HR Center of Excellence (HR CoE)
Work with Line Functions, Job Family Champions and Job Family Master to actively contribute to people strategy to achieve business goals and simultaneously strive to become the focal point that represents Business Lines and resolve HR issues with HR Center of Excellence (CoE) in achieving meaningful impact on business results
Set up and monitor career management system and individual career development plan for staff in the assigned job family. Work closely with Business line, Job Family Champion and Job Family Masters on staff development in terms of required competencies and career advancement e.g. rotation, promotion and succession planning
Provide career counselling and other HR advice to staff in responsible functional group/ job family
Troubleshoot any problems/obstacle encountered in daily work to HR management and related HR functions
Assist in the application of HR strategy by delivering appropriate procedures and solutions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or related fields
5-7 years’ experience as professional HR wide exposure of HR practices with knowledge of organization value, culture and organization sensitivity e.g. hidden implications, political reading, etc.
Good knowledge and conceptual understanding of career management tools i.e. job family models and competency system, as well as ability to apply them in all HR processes
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Possess competencies in building HR partnership, interpersonal skill, influencing skill, change leadership, adaptability, and business acumen
