1. Client Acquisition:
- Establishing contact with clients and scheduling meetings
- Conducting risk assessments of client’s current investment
- Analyzing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements
- Onboarding new clients and fulfill all KYC requirements and account activation for clients across the products offered by our platform
- Arrange & manage entire documentation for Bank/Broking account opening
- Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments
- Help review and respond to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances
- Support supervisor in advising and meeting clients on their investment needs based on their risk appetite and performance objective through various investment solutions
- In-depth KYC, analyze current asset allocation, support supervisor to work out investment proposals
- Support supervisor to coordinate with Portfolio Manager, Product, and Research team for making investment decisions for the clients
- Producing investment reports.
- Support supervisors by liaising with banks and financial services providers
- Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance standards
- Support in promoting and selling financial products and solutions to meet given AUM targets
- Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Banking.
- Proven track record in investment management and investment advisory services
- Excellent Communication Skills, Management Skills, Advisory Skills & Sales Skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment advisory and management.
