Key Responsibilities

Procurement: You are responsible for sourcing and purchasing product items from suppliers. This involves negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring the availability of high-quality products.
Profit Margin Optimization: Your goal is to maximize profit margins by efficiently managing costs, pricing strategies, and inventory levels. You will analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and make pricing decisions accordingly.
Inventory Management: You will closely monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or understocking of fresh food products. Effective inventory management helps reduce waste and ensures products are always available for customers.
Team Leadership: As a manager, you will lead and mentor your team, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance reviews. Effective teamwork and collaboration are essential for achieving departmental objectives.
Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and freshness of products is crucial. You will implement quality control measures, manage product recalls if necessary, and work to maintain high standards for all items.
Compliance: You will ensure that all procurement and inventory management practices comply with relevant regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Budget Management: Managing the budget for your department is vital. You will allocate resources efficiently, control costs, and report on financial performance regularly.
Supplier Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers is essential for a steady supply of fresh products. You will negotiate terms, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments is crucial. This knowledge helps you make informed decisions about product selection, pricing, and procurement strategies.

REQUIREMENT

At least 03 years of experience in Snack product and 4 years of experience in FMCG and retail market.
Strong Merchandise Planning and Data analysis skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and Human Resource Management skills.
