Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contractors Interface: Coordinate interfaces between EPC & BoP packages.
- Engineering Management:
- Ensure contractors meet technical requirements and approved design documents.
- Oversee acceptance of construction and equipment installation.
- Review wind turbine documentation for deviations from specifications.
- Coordinate technical negotiations internally and externally.
- Technical Design: Manage project design work.
- Electrical Management:
- Review and check quality documents for electrical sections.
- Manage the entire electrical scope, including wind turbine control systems, cables, substation upgrades, transmission lines, and connections.
- Safety: Support HSEQ management.
- Permits:
- Manage documents and stakeholders to issue the Electricity Operation License.
- Prepare documents for electricity price negotiations and Project PPA.
- Work with Provincial departments for permit issues.
- Project Completion:
- Prepare documents for energizing acceptance, project completion acceptance, and COD.
- Monitor contractors for energizing acceptance and COD work.
- Advise superiors to ensure project completion.
- Coordinate with EVNSPC and other entities for related tasks.
- Project Operation:
- Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) at plants.
- Directly manage operations during the factory's operational and commercial phases.
- Oversee contracts for operational bidding packages.
- Manage periodic maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure operational reporting and capacity registration with Dispatchers A2, A0, and EVNSPC.
- Supervise contractors for SCADA systems.
- Coordinate PLC & SCADA systems.
- Contract Management: Manage engineering and construction contracts and liaise with suppliers.
- Internal Reporting: Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or construction management (Project Management Certificate or relevant work certificates are a plus).
- 5-10 years of on-site experience (preferably in Wind projects).
- Proficient in English, with previous work experience with foreigners or overseas education preferred.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, communication, contracting, financial management, interpersonal relations, and project management.
