Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of managing trade (promotion & activation campaigns)
  3. Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective trade strategies.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to drive stakeholder engagement.
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal and native in Vietnamese.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  2. Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  3. Regularly track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize growth.
  4. Build and maintain a strong presence in the market by cultivating customer relationships and ensuring effective promotional campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success in assigned regions.
