Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of managing trade (promotion & activation campaigns)
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective trade strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to drive stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal and native in Vietnamese.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies to maximize growth.
- Build and maintain a strong presence in the market by cultivating customer relationships and ensuring effective promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success in assigned regions.
