JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop Business Strategy:
• Develop and implement long-term and short-term business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Seek and exploit new business opportunities, expand the market, and increase revenue based on the manufacturing capabilities of the firm.
2. Manage and Operate Sales Team:
• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
• Set specific goals for each member and periodically evaluate performance.
• Motivate, support, and resolve issues faced by the sales team.
3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
• Develop strategies to approach and find potential customers.
• Ensure long-term relationships with customers through customer service and after-sales activities.
• Handle complaints, requests, and issues from customers quickly and effectively.
4. Coordinate with Other Departments:
• Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Marketing, Production, and Customer Service to ensure smooth and effective coordination.
• Participate in senior management meetings to contribute ideas and propose company development strategies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: No requirement
Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in a manager role or in a similar position in international hotel management chains.
• Experience working in the Vietnamese market is an advantage.
Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with international customers.
• Quick and effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and office software.
BENEFITS
• Fixed salary up to 200 million VND/month, bonus of 10-30% of profit
