Responsibilities:
- Communication and coordination of daily and weekly targets, with reference to vision, strategy, annual targets
- Building trusting employee relationships
- Overseeing the timely, high-quality assembly of test probes, receptacles, test fixtures, and related products
- Maintenance and adjustment of machines
- Manage and finding solutions for deviations from the target status
- Supporting employees in achieving the specified daily and weekly targets
- Facilitate the optimisation of standards and target processes.
- Support in implementing the measures developed, checking their effectiveness and transferring them to the new standard process.
- Escalation management using tools such as the Andon Board, Jidoka, and shop floor management
- Organise and conduct feedback meetings, development meetings, etc.
- Personnel planning and support in personnel selection processes
- Create and implement employee development plans
- Experience as automotive / electric / electronic / mechanic or mechatronic
- College or University Degree in automotive / electric / electronic / mechanic or mechatronic
- Experience as a team leader in a production environment
- Empathy, effective teamwork, and dedication
- Experience in leadership
