MAIN PURPOSE
Build awareness of customer about ABMV product
Provide Technical support in formula, application or product quality to encourage customer to try and use ABMV products
Contributing to an improved conversion rate from initial inquiry to consistent product usage.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate with the Commercial team to map the bakers in the assigned market:
Work with the Commercial team to gather information on bakers, including products, operations, and
distribution
Visualize baker locations and analyze market patterns for opportunities
Create concise reports summarizing findings, opportunities, and recommendations for internal use
Regularly update the baker map to reflect market changes, maintaining accurate and current data.
Technical Applications and Customer Support:
Implement technical applications activities tailored for industrial bakery customers.
Provide expert technical support for customer- specific applications, formula and service needs for ABMV products
Directly responsible for organizing and leading webinars and seminars aimed at guiding customers and end users in the effective utilization of ABMV products during baking, production.
Troubleshoot quality issues and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for new product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
Conduct successful bakery trials to validate the performance and appeal of new products.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with all bakers across various platforms (ghi details direct approach, demonstration and workshop, online interaction or livestream selling), using a structured engagement framework.
Utilize database insights to segment customers and tailor engagement strategies, including physical visits, workshops, and digital interactions.
Build and maintain ABMV awareness with customers.
Directly contributing to an improved conversion rate from initial inquiry to consistent product usage.
Others:
Deliver clear, accurate, and prompt visit reports to the Technical Project Manager and Sales Director.
Support to Commercial Team to launch new products and achieve market penetration
