Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promptly responding to customer technical problems, continuous follow-up and resolution
- Manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed.
- Other tasks related to technical issues
Role Requirements:
- Graduated in IT industry, Electrical - Electronics and Telecommunications
- At least 3 years’ experience in CCTV industry
- Having excellent knowledge and manipulative ability of network and electronic
- Good at internal and external coordination, sufficient experience on handling technical issue
- Fluent in English or Chinese
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
- Exceptional communication skills, customer service skills and awareness, work well under pressure, hardworking, strong responsibility
