Key Responsibilities:
Determine a go-to-market strategy, identify key partners, and oversee implementation in order to secure partnerships with partners and sellers in the target market.
Ownership of the customer experience and expansion of the global assortment from beginning to end.
Create targeted marketing and maintain a positive relationship with your partners.
Manage the company's profit and loss.
Establish strong relationship and make deal with global partners from multiple countries and regions
Key Requirements:
Understanding and enthusiasm for e-commerce
5-10 years of relevant international business partnership experience, preferably in the retailing industry (though not mandatory)
Excellent communication abilities, both written and vocal
Negotiation and persuasion skills that have been proven
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
Ability to think and respond in a high-energy, fast-paced workplace Good organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly pick up new web-based tools
Intelligent, energetic, hardworking, and imaginative.
Innovative, team-oriented, and eager to participate in change, with an appreciation for a fast-paced atmosphere with shifting objectives.
Experience in project management and identifying and prioritizing opportunities based on customer data.
