JOB DUTIES:
• Achieve spare part and lubricant sales from assigned dealers, region or territory.
• Improve dealer part operation quality.
• Represent and liaison with Dealers in term of spare parts business.
• Coordinate resolution of specific issues of Dealers.
• Conduct the needed training for dealers’ staffs.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/yearly reports about the performance of spare parts, lubricant sales of each assigned dealers.
• Other job is assigned by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree major in Automotive technology / Economic / Commercial / Marketing / Businesses management or related fields.
• Understanding of dealer aftersales and spare part operation.
• Basic knowledge on automobile workshop operation.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Fluently in English & MS Office.
• Good communication and problem solving.
• Logical mindset, good ability of information analysis & collection.
• Honest, self-discipline & be able to work under pressure.
