Assistant HR Manager (Factory Background)

Report to: HR Manager

Job Summary:

Assistant HR Manager supports the HR Manager in recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement activities. Key duties include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new hires, administering payroll and employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating internal HR communications. The role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

• Assist to HR Manager in recruitment processes, planning, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including contract preparation and induction programs.

• Onboard training for employees

2. Compensation & Benefits

• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor law

• Being in charge of employee benefits, including insurance, allowances..

• Handle social insurance, PIT registration and declarations, trade union fund and labor-related payments.

3. External & Internal Networks

• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Assist HR manager to communicate with other internal departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and C&B.

• Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Very Good Command in English both written and spoken

• Able to start immediately is a plus.
