Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Activities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales/key account management experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including air, sea, and land transportation services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs brokerage, and trade compliance.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
