Campaign Management (Product Category TBD)

- Take ownership of a specific product within the bank and develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy.

- Lead a product squad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and develop solutions tailored to the product's needs.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies and initiatives.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for the product.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development teams, sales teams, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.

- Manage the product marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

- Conduct semestral forward planning for the product, forecasting market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term marketing strategies.

- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to product marketing.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related marketing inquiries and initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, market insights, and product developments.

​REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from conception to execution.

- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.

- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with SEM and SEO best practices for digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of branding principles and experience maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
