The Chief Content Officer (CCO) will be a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role will oversee two critical departments: PR & Marketing and Shows & Events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand narrative across all platforms and experiences. The CCO will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating compelling content, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and implement a holistic content strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Define the brand's voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all content and channels.
- Identify emerging content trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content across various formats (e.g., written, visual, video, experiential).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, PR, or event management, with significant leadership experience.
