We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations and strategy. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business's long-term growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles within services corporations or large-scale enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board, and senior leadership team.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to safeguard assets and reputation.
Capital Management & Investments:
  • Manage the group’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and strategic investments.
  • Evaluate and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and other financial opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary financial spokesperson, engaging with investors, banks, and regulators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and advisors.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across the group.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • 15+ years of finance experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Finance Director) within multinational corporations or large organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
