Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer best practices for effectively utilizing Microsoft Copilot.
- Assess and analyze the organization’s current development tools, processes, and workflows to determine optimal integration points for Copilot.
- Assist clients in installing, configuring, and integrating Copilot into existing systems, including IDEs and version control tools.
- Tailor Copilot configurations to meet specific client needs, integrating it with development tools like code repositories, issue tracking systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Offer recommendations on best practices for leveraging Copilot in development workflows.
- Guide clients on incorporating Copilot into the software development lifecycle to enhance code quality and team collaboration.
- Optimize Copilot performance in client environments, troubleshooting and resolving performance issues, and ensuring smooth integration with other tools.
- Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex issues related to Copilot implementation, configuration, and performance.
- Deliver customized training and workshops to enhance clients’ use of Copilot.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with Copilot updates and related technologies, offering proactive support and recommendations.
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and client use.
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security, and the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture and security principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Windows Server.
- Experience with workload migrations (email, files, applications) to cloud platforms.
- Ability to create high-level solution designs and detailed documentation.
- Relevant Microsoft or vendor certifications.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in both written and spoken forms.
- Experience in managing customer communication during critical events.
- Desire to obtain and maintain certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, PL-900, SC-900, and more).
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification or higher.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and version control systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technology support roles.
- 3-4 years of experience designing and building Microsoft solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Copilot-related certifications preferred.
- Solid grasp of Microsoft architectures, concepts, and best practices.
