Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Drive sales of educational programs, manage targets, and oversee performance.
- Marketing: Execute online/offline campaigns, develop partnerships with schools/universities, and manage marketing materials.
- Strategy: Analyze market trends, manage budgets, and implement sales/marketing strategies.
- Operations: Oversee customer relationship management, handle crises, and coordinate with global production units.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in a reputable company, ideally in a service-oriented sector, especially Education
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and fluency in English and the local language.
