Position: Financial Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily financial tasks, including AR and AP management, expense tracking, fixed asset handling, and tax-related responsibilities.
- Reconcile monthly statements for both customers and vendors.
- Lead monthly financial closings, including local statutory reporting and bank statement reconciliation.
- Prepare management reports, including BPC and inventory analysis.
- Generate monthly forecasts and best estimation reports.
- Develop the annual strategic plan and budget, while also overseeing annual stocktaking, FA counting, and audits, both internal and external.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or Recognized Professional Accounting qualification. ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Has Vietnam local certification of chief accountant.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Chief Accountant. Tracking actual expenses, capex spending compared to budget
- At least 5 years of finance experience in MNC.
- Inventory control: raw materials, finished products, packaging, and spare parts
- Control compliance tax declaration obligations arising, working with tax authorities and state agencies.
- Familiar with financial professional knowledge, proven skill in MNC manufacturing financial process and related financial analysis preparation.
- Familiar with ERP and office software, proficiency in Excel/PPT, experience in ERP implementation, and well skills in Infor are preferred.
- Multitask, work independently and accurately within time constraints.
- Good learning ability, positive and proactive working attitude.
- Strong analytical, logical, digital sensitivity, organizational, communication skills, and teamwork capabilities required.
- Fluent in Chinese or English skills both in oral and writing.
