Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the textile industry, with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Lead the management team to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met.

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor management and staff to build a high-performing team.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.

Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.
Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards.

Address and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner.
Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the garment manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in financial management and budgeting.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
