Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Analyze, develop, and implement strategic business plans and policies to ensure organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Product Development: Oversee the development and expansion of retail banking products, including Retail Liability (CASA, Term Deposit), third-party insurance, and digital products.
- Customer Engagement: Drive customer activation, implement cross-selling strategies, and understand customer needs to enhance product penetration.
- Wealth Management: Accountable for wealth product penetration into the retail banking customer base.
- Market Expansion: Develop, execute, and manage strategies and tactical business plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products and services.
- Sales Channels: Set up acquisition channels for banking and third-party product sales.
- Business Management: Manage multiple functions ranging from product management, customer service, and business analytics.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners such as payment gateway companies and POS service providers.
- Market Analysis: Develop business strategies, understand market opportunities, competition, and create value propositions.
- Compliance: Drive processes that are compliant and customer-focused.
- Governance: Set up and implement governance structures for the Wealth vertical of the Bank.
- People Management: Exhibit strong people management skills to lead and develop teams.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Retail Department, including overseeing branches and outlets.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and actively market current and future retail services offered by the Bank.
- Staffing: Ensure the Retail Department is adequately staffed at all times and organize training to ensure staff are highly trained for their duties.
- Administration: Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of all customer account records and adherence to standard policies and procedures.

Experience:
- At least 15-20 years of banking experience, particularly in senior management roles within Retail Banking
