Reporting to: Head of Investment / Fund Director
1. Key Responsibilities:
Domestic Investments (40%):

Conduct macroeconomic research and company analysis (listed & unlisted).

Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for investment proposals (securities/real estate).

Assist in preliminary due diligence and investment documentation (MOUs, term sheets).

Prepare periodic investment reports and support portfolio governance.

Conduct site visits and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Startup Investment Fund (60%):

Source deals and conduct comprehensive due diligence (market, legal, financial, HR, tech, etc.).

Prepare investment reports and investment memos (IMs).

Participate in investment networking events to connect with startups and other VCs/PEs.

Support portfolio management and attend regular meetings with investee companies.

Assist in portfolio evaluation and planning as directed by the Fund Director.
2. Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience: 3–5 years in venture capital, investment banking, real estate, securities, consulting, or startups.

Skills: Strong in negotiation, communication, investment analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and research.

Languages: Proficient in English; cross-border working capability is a plus.
