KEY OUTPUTS: - Make sales plans to expand business & achieve the goals. - Find potential customers by aggressive networking in the north of Vietnam. - Find out customer’s needs & benefit. - Collect information for customer decision structure, including decision maker information, acceptance criteria for the proposals, competitor’s information. - Build intimate relationships with customers. - Cooperate with Vietnamese Sales staffs to propose the improvement solution. - Cooperate with Vietnamese Sales staffs to provide the services to customers with regular report (weekly report, monthly report…) - Coordinate with the distributors to expand business. - Perform other tasks assigned. RELATIONSHIPS: - Customers - Suppliers - Distributors - All staffs
