1. BROAD SCOPE:

 

• Import/Export/ Billing job for external customers

 

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Directly contact with customers and carrier or other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking space, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking, daily report to customers.
• Contact with carrier and customer to solve if have any issue.
• Key in shipment’s information on Cello system and doing other assign job related to system.
• Make sure on-time payment with customers, vendors and inter-company payment.
• Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)
• Report to managers when requested.

 

1. REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• University graduated.
• Good English speaking and writing.
• Have Management experience.

 

1. EXPERIENCE:

 

• At least 10 years of experience in Logistics field

 

1. SKILLS:

- Computer: Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Words
- Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email)
