RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material.
Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material to end customer.
Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data
System execution for logistics activities from Vendors.
Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible.
Other Logistics Management related tasks
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management, customer service is preferred
Minimum 0-2 years working experience, with experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
Advanced Japanese (JLPT N2 or BJT J2) and Intermediate Business English.
Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
