- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record in specification and solution sales within the industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in nurturing professional relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Collaborative mindset for effective cross-functional teamwork.

- Experience in construction-related project sales with specification background.
- Strong network including FDI/DDI/Biz association a plus.
