- Manage and develop the online sales channel in the Southern market, including eshop, KOLs, KOCs, and livestreaming.
- Plan and execute KOL, KOC, and livestream campaigns to boost online sales.
- Design and implement O2O strategies, linking online customers to showrooms and experience points in the South.
- Collaborate with departments like Digital, Media, Branding, and CRM to optimize sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements
- Digital marketing certificates (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) or relevant e-commerce courses.
- University degree, preferably in business, marketing, or economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally in Home Appliances or Fashion Goods retail.
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM), and e-commerce management.
