Job Summary:
The main function of this position is to review and process new customer orders and respond to queries in an accurate and timely manner.

Details of the Role 

  • Reviewing customer orders

  • Booking in order for dispatch from warehouses 

  • Mark up basic drawings with customers measurements 

  • Communicating with customers on Zendesk

  • Monitoring stock availability and delivery timelines

  • Process returns and refunds

  • Maintaining sales order documentations

  • Supervising packaging & labelling 

  • Coordinate between our designer and production team 

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent English communication with a focus on reading, writing and perfect grammar. 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service

  • Experience dealing with western customers or working with western brand highly regarded. 

  • Solid understanding of customer behaviour

  • Problem solving skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.

  • Good people and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work independently
